Great place to park overnight but don't park at day cause then you'll end up buying a home in shoreline which you second mortgaged the o'll box which is a box made out of boxy boxes and nothing more than that. Just don't over exaggerate with parking all day and night then yeah...

As a first-time home buyer, Wilson’s unparalleled patience, service attitude and knowledge of Mississauga were crucial to our success. I am a person who overthinks and asks many questions, so …A+ A+ A+ ... Wilson went above and beyond to find us the perfect home for our family (at a great price). As a first-time home buyer, Wilson’s unparalleled patience, service attitude and knowledge of Mississauga were crucial to our success. I am a person who overthinks and asks many questions, so I am aware that I am a difficult and picky client, and Wilson was the perfect advisor I could have. He listened very carefully and, at the same time, guided me to be effective in our house hunting as he clearly understood my unique family needs (I have a big family, and I wanted to be within a 30 min driving distance to downtown Toronto) and my constraints (budget), so he pointed me directly to a neighborhood in Mississauga where we would focus as it perfectly matched our needs/constraints. He always responded to my messages immediately and was always open to visiting as many houses as I wanted. He never wanted me to overpay and was very patient with me as I put a lot of emphasis on buying a great place for my family but at a reasonable price. We submitted several offers knowing that perhaps we were not the highest bid, but Wilson was very smart to influence the seller to give us a shot. After a couple of rejections due to some bully offers, we submitted an offer that was significantly discounted over the asking price, and we finally won as Wilson’s advice on having better terms in our offer made the difference in the seller’s decision. Wilson gained all my trust and confidence (even though I am a picky and difficult client), and because of this, I would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to live in Mississauga. If I wrote here all the things that Wilson did to help us, I wouldn’t have enough space. To give you an idea, Wilson helped me so much that even if I was obtaining my mortgage with a bank (and so he was not getting a commission for the mortgage), he guided me on how to deal with the banks to have a better financing process as I wanted to close the deal faster. Also, after the deal was closed, he was helping me guiding me with some repairs that were needed in the first few weeks of my place, as well as the services that I needed to contract (utilities, insurance, etc) and he provided me appropriate recommendations… and all of this was outside of his role as real estate agent… he was only trying to helping me more… Wilson is just a fantastic real estate agent and human being – many thanks for all your help from all my family!... you made our family dream come true!, Wilson and Juliana![read more]
